Limerick County Council is planning to construct a new single-storey area office and library and refurbish the existing courthouse, (a protected structure), at Kilmallock, County Limerick. The contract will also include the demolition of existing fire-station and outbuildings together with the creation of 54 car-parking spaces and associated site works. The council would like to invite expressions of interest from experienced, competent specialist contractors wishing to be considered to be included on a panel and to be named as part of the main contract tender documents.
