SUMMERVILLE LODGE - The removal of all loose furniture and fitted furniture to be stored in a container on site (location to be agreed on site). Removal of all plaster to highlighted areas and replaced with a new special dry lining system. Removal and re-fitting of all fitted shelving and storage units then full decorations to all walls and ceiling including re-glossing of all woodwork. All furniture to be reinstalled. SMALL MOUNT - The removal and replacement of all doors and windows both internally and externally. Remove and replace all floor coverings, architraves, skirting boards, remove and re-fit all sanitaryware to facilitate works. Remove all external wall plaster/wall linings and replace with new insulated wall lining system with full redecorations throughout. New insulated walkway system in attic space to facilitate new ME requirements. New ceilings and loft insulation. ME as per Engineers requirements
