HSE seeks a supplier for Data Communications Equipment products to replace some existing network components in LAN of Merlin Park Hospital, Galway. Existing components are Cisco based. The contract will be on a supply-only basis for the following components: LAN switches, 48 port, 10/100 speed, PoE , 4 x SFP ports per switch. LAN switches , chassis- based, modular, high-capacity, single management card, PoE enabled, 192 x PoE port capacity, 10/100 RJ45, redundant power and cooling, GBIC modules, SFP shortwave. Replacement 10GB module for existing Cisco 6509 switch; part number WS-6704-10GE refers.
