Wexford County Council seeks applications from suitably experienced Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Lift, Curtain Walling and Stone Cladding contractors who wish to be included on a panel from which tenders will be invited for the construction of a new library at Mallin Street, Wexford. The new building will be three stories high and will have a basement. The buiding is to be constructed adjacent to a national monument on a confined town centre site. The building floor area is approximately 1,600m2.
