The L&RS envisages that the LMS will be underpinned with a digital repository allowing for it to manage, disclose and preserve a wide range of content created in digital format. The primary users of the LMS will be L&RS staff, Members of the Oireachtas (i.e. TDs and Senators) and their staff, and Office staff. Furthermore the LMS will make available to the general public particular subsets of the L&RS collections depending upon user access rights.
