Various multi-party framework agreements for legal services. The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) was established on 1.10.2009, as an independent regulator for radio and television broadcasters in Ireland. The BAI wishes to establish various multi-party framework agreements for legal services to provide advice and guidance in decision making, statutory interpretation and the drafting of processes, policies and rules, flowing from the statute. Such guidance and advice is required in anticipation of litigation and in order to avoid or minimise the organisation's exposure to litigation. The Authority’s requirements have been divided into a number of lots which are described further under annex B of this contract notice notice and can be summarised as: Lot 1 Public law & administrative law; Lot 2 Corporate law; Lot 3 Contract law; Lot 4 Employment law; Lot 5 Intellectual property law; Lot 6 EU & competition law; Lot 7 Public procurement law; Lot 8 Conveyancing law; Lot 9 Legal representation services.
