Framework agreement for legal services. Ballymun Regeneration Ltd (BRL) is a company set up by Dublin City Council in 1997, to plan and implement a regeneration programme which will result in a new town with new and improved facilities for the 30 000 people who will live there. BRL wishes to establish a single-operator framework agreement for the provision of Legal Services in a number of areas related to its operations, including: — General legal advisory and information services covering areas such as corporate and commercial law, together with regulatory areas including Corporate Governance, Freedom of Information Act and Health and Safety, — Commercial and company law, — Real estate / property law, — Intellectual property (incl. copyright) / data protection, — Labour employment law, — Litigation / dispute resolution. The estimated annual expenditure on such legal services is in the range of 1 000 000 EUR per annum. The scope of the contract is included in the qualification questionnaire available to download free of charge from the Irish Government Procurement Opportunities Portal www.etenders.gov.ie.
