Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Procurement of an Enforcement Service Provider in Connection with the M50. To provide services for the recovery of unpaid tolls and the prosecution of toll evaders on the barrier free tolling project located on the M50 motorway in Dublin. Such services will include, the conduct of criminal civil proceedings against toll evaders, debt collection services, pursuit of non-domestic toll evaders, payment processing services related to recovery of tolls and ad-hoc legal supporting services in relation to toll evasion.
