Kerry County Council is seeking a contractor to design, build, operate and maintain a land-fill gas electricity generation system at the Muingnaminnane land fill site including any necessary associated equipment and siteworks within the compound, where the LFG would be delivered by Kerry County Council. Kerry County Council aims to work with the contractor in such a manner to ensure revenues generated from the facility are optimized, while at the same time ensuring EPA emissions requirements as per the waste license are adhered to and safe working conditions are maintained.
