The object of the contract is to provide the Contracting Authority with services including some or all of the following as well as other related services or order to progress the above mentioned scheme: Valuation of land and other property; Evaluation of claims for compensation with reference to the law relating to compulsory purchase by local authorities in Ireland; Preparation of estimates of compensation payable in respect of land and other properties with reference to the law relating to compulsory purchase by local authorities in Ireland; Advising the client on accommodation works and all matters relating to property acquisition; Evaluation of effects of road schemes on agricultural holdings and other properties; Advising clients on proposed settlements with persons entitled to compensation in respect of compulsory purchase; Negotiating Settlements with property owners and their advisors; and, Preparation for and attendance at Property Arbitrations.
