Cork County Council multi-party framework agreement for property valuers and agronomists. 1.1 Cork County Council (the “Contracting Authority”) wishes to procure property valuation and agronomy services and wishes to establish two panels under a multi-party framework agreement with service providers under which these services may be provided for various projects. 1.2 The tendering process is being conducted under the Open Procedure in accordance with Directive 2004/18/EC implemented into Irish law by European Communities (Award of Public Authorities Contracts) Regulations 2006. 1.3 This call for applications to be included in the Framework Agreement should be read in conjunction with the OJEU Contract Notice. Should any contradiction or variation exist between the OJEU Contract Notice and this document, the EU Contract Notice will have precedence. 1.4 Applications for admission to be included into the Framework Agreement are sought. Contracts awarded under the Framework Agreement will be for the provision of the categories of services listed in section 2 below. Applications will be evaluated on a per-category basis. The Contracting Authority intends to appoint the 7 top scoring Applicants who meet the requirements set out in Appendix 1 to the Framework to provide the Category A services, 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 and the top 20 scoring Applicants who meet the requirements set out in Appendix 1 to the framework to provide the Category B services, 2.1.3 and 2.1.4.
