The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) invites tenders for sampling of surface waters (Rivers and Lakes) and delivery of samples to appropriate EPA laboratories in 2010. The EPA also proposes to use the results from this competition to establish a multi-party framework agreement to cover future requirements.
