Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Supply of CIP Package. The contract comprises the supply, delivery and commissioning of one (1) CIP Package including instrumentation and controls (the "Goods"). At a minimum, the Goods shall comprise the following: a) Wetted parts shall be fabricated from 316L stainless steel; b) The skid shall consist of two (2) tanks (each with a capacity of approximately 600 litres), a recirculating wash tank and final rinse tank; c) The CIP skid will be provided with a location for acid and caustic carboys, chemical addition pumps, sanitary centrifugal supply pumps, sanitary double tube-sheet heat exchangers, instrumentation, valves and piping; d) The CIP skid will be able to supply a nominal flowrate of at least 4 m³/ hr; e) Be able to withstand pressures ranging from Full vacuum (-1 barg) to a minimum of +4 barg; f) Be able to withstand temperatures in the range 0 deg C to a minimum of +150 deg C; g) CIP skid must be insulated where necessary; h) CIP skid to include any necessary safety devices; i) Interconnecting pipework within the CIP is included in the scope of supply; j) The CIP skid will be provided with a control system and all necessary instrumentation within the skid to maintain system pressure, temperature and flow. The control system shall monitor, alarm, and record parameters such as temperature, pressure, conductivity and flow within the skid. The CIP skid will be programmed with user-configured multiple cleaning cycles. The cleaning cycles will be customized for each piece of equipment or process to be cleaned.
