Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Supply of Heat Inactivation/Biokill Skid. The contrat comprises the supply and delivery of one (1) Heat Inactivation / Biokill Skid. (the ”Goods”). At a minimum, the Goods shall comprise the following: a) Be suitable for heat inactivation of Biosafety Level 1 organisms; b) Be suitable for inactivation of mammalian or microbial bio-waste; c) Be fabricated from 316L stainless steel; d) Have a Buffer tank capacity of approximately 1 000 litres; e) Be capable of heat inactivation of 4 000 litres waste liquid per day, at a peak rate of approximately 500l/hr; f) The heat inactivation skid shall allow for manual CIP (CIP supply shall be provided by others); g) The heat inactivation skid is to include any necessary safety devices; h) The heat inactivation skid is to include all necessary instrumentation, a stand-alone control system, and all associated wiring; i) Interconnecting pipework within the unit is included in the scope of supply; j) Integral bunding of the Heat Inactivation / Biokill skid is not required.
