Kildare County Council’s Housing Maintenance seeks for suitably qualified Tenderers for the provision of small-scale building /refurbishment /repair works to Kildare County Council housing stock. The Panel will run for 12 months. Kildare County Council provides social housing throughout the county of Kildare. Current social housing stock is approximately 6,000 units comprising houses, apartments, and temporary housing structures. Kildare County Council now invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for inclusion on a panel for the provision of the services as described in Section D. Kildare County Council is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition.
