Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Provision of advisory and banking transaction services to minister for finance. On the direction of the Minister for Finance, the NTMA wishes to retain investment banking and financial advisory services (the “Services”) to assist it and the Department of Finance in their interface with the banking system and other stakeholders. The range of services includes but is not limited to: — advice in dealing with EU Commission requirements on any banking transactions, — specific advice on different aspects of the banking system and any transaction involving directly or indirectly the Minister for Finance or his agents, — sectoral restructuring and viability planning arising out of any transaction. The contract is for 1 year to 31.12.2010. Candidates should note that certain outputs or reports may be published in whole or in part by the NTMA/NAMA/Minister for Finance and/or Government.
