The number of candidates to be invited to participate in the tender will be limited based upon objective, transparent and non-discriminatory criteria advertised in the Descriptive Document. The purpose of this selection/elimination process is to test the Skills, Efficiency, Experience and Reliability of companies invited to tender. Requests for additional information or clarification should be sent to tenders@sdublincoco.ie Replies will be published on www.etenders.gov.ie website. Phone requests will not be responded to. Closing date and time for receipt of expressions of interest: 4:00pm Thursday 6.8.2009. Expressions of interest are to be forwarded to Council using the attached label.
