Framework Agreement for Financial Services. Ballymun Regeneration Ltd (BRL) is a company set up by Dublin City Council in 1997, to plan and implement a regeneration programme which will result in a new town with new and improved facilities for the 30 000 people who will live there. BRL wishes to establish a single-operator framework agreement for the provision of Financial Auditing Services (including related advice) in a number of areas related to its operations, including: — Reviewing and meeting the internal auditor and local government auditor to ensure that all issues are covered in the external audit, — Providing technical advice to the finance team as and when required, — Providing technical updates and updates on corporate governance and audit committees as required, — Providing advice in relation to taxation issues. The estimated annual expenditure on such financial services is in the range of EUR 70 000 per annum, with the bulk of requirements relating to BRL’s annual audit.
