Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Insurance Advisory Services DART Underground Interconnector Project. The NDFA is the statutory financial and insurance advisor to Córas Iompair Éireann (CIE) for the DART Underground Interconnector project. The NDFA intends to enter into a contract for the provision of external insurance advisory services to assist the NDFA in its insurance advisory role in relation to the Interconnector project. (Please see further details below at II.2.1). The Interconnector project entails the design, build, financing and maintenance of a 5.2km mono/twin bore tunnel for electrified heavy rail with at least 4 underground stations. CIE is the Commercial semi-state National Transport Company with 3 major operating subsidiaries Iarnród Éireann, Dublin Bus and Bus Éireann.
