MN_728 Metro north advance enabling works OCIP. Railway procurement agency (RPA) intends to appoint one or more service providers to provide an Owner controlled insurance programme in respect of the forthcoming Advance Enabling Works for the Metro North project. Metro North is a component of the Government's Transport 21 plan. The Metro North project will deliver an underground and surface light rail service, segregated from traffic using tunnel, road median and green-field construction environments. Metro North will connect Swords to Dublin City Centre. See www.rpa.ie for further information on Metro North. RPA will engage contractors to complete the Enabling Works and will require an Owner controlled insurance programme including, but not limited to, CAR, DSU, PL and Non-Negligence Insurances.
