It is expected that the successful company will be able to fulfil the role of PSCS - Project Supervisor Construction Stage under Safety, Health & Welfare Regulations 2006 and will be prequalified as such. Due to the fact this is a Design and Build contract the contractor will carry out designer duties as required, providing a full professional service. Carry out plantroom upgrade through detailed design, cost control, supervision of works, handover at practical completion stage and issuing of all relevant certification, ensure installation meets all current regulations and standards.
