Railway Procurement Agency (RPA) ("the Employer") is the government agency responsible for the provision of Light Rail, Metro and Integrated Ticketing Services in Ireland. RPA completed delivery of the Luas Red and Green Lines in 2004, currently operated by Veolia Transport Dublin Light Rail Ltd. Three extensions to the Luas Red and Green Lines are currently under construction and are scheduled to open between late 2009 and early 2011. Park and Ride (P&R) facilities are provided at a number of stops on the Red and Green Lines, and further P&R facilities are planned on the extensions to these lines. RPA intends to procure a company to manage and operate all Luas P&R facilities and to supply and install P&R control systems and variable message (VMS) systems at new P&R facilities on the Luas extensions. Interested candidates shall complete the Electronic Prequalification Questionnaire (ePQQ) online. It is envisaged that between 3 and 5 candidates will be invited to tender, subject to having sufficient suitable candidates.
