Delivery of an authority wide information management system (IMS). The Health Information and Quality Authority invite tenders for the supply of an Information Management System for Authority wide use from suitably qualified companies for the provision of the following 4 elements: 1. A fully configurable Information Management System to meet the current and future needs of the Authority providing but not limited to the following basic functionality: — Configurable relationship management entities/GUIs, — Document management, — Integration with exchange, — Workflow management, — Reporting, — Search capability (records and documents), — Security (record level), — Scheduling, — Alerting, — Archiving, — Data importing. The IMS solution can be a single component or a number of components which integrate seamlesly with each other. On site services for facilitation of the completion of the long term solution design for the Authority’s Information Management System. On site services to implement Phase 1: the Children’s Services solution 4. Support for further phases on a drawdown basis.
