Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Lot 1 including all sub-lots: a) list of references from recent work in the relevant areas of interest; b) comprehensive description of the organisational structure proving: - sufficient human resources (including back-up) to provide the services for the whole contract period, - the technical capacity to run the services, providing a detailed description of the logistical infrastructure and equipment available to provide the services set out above; c) CVs of the personnel to provide the services, including any subcontractors, indicating relevant professional and academic qualifications and references. Lot 2, including all sub-lots: a) a list of references from recent work in the area of communication outreach services in the Foundation's core research areas of working and living conditions, industrial relations and management of change; b) a comprehensive description of the organisational structure proving: - sufficient human resources (including back-up) to provide the services for the whole contract period, - the technical capacity to run the services, providing a detailed description of the logistical infrastructure and equipment available to provide the services set out above; c) CVs stating the professional and academic qualifications of each member of staff involved in this project, including degree of expertise in the field of information and communication. The level of proficiency in English and the language of the country where the services are to be provided should also be indicated. A thorough knowledge of the social policy issues within the national context and of the actors that influence the national debate is expected as well as 3 years' proven experience in the field of information and communication, preferably dealing with socio-economic issues.
