Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Supply of High Purity Gases for Laser Machinery used in Passport Production. The Department of Foreign Affairs invites tenders for the supply of high purity industrial bottled gases (laser quality) for use at sites in Molesworth St., Dublin 2, and at Balbriggan, County Dublin. The gases are required for use in lasers forming part of the Department’s passport production machinery. The duration of the supply contract will be for an initial period of one year with an option, at the Department’s sole discretion, to extend the contract annually for a further three years subject to satisfactory performance. The successful tenderer will be required to supply both production sites and offers for the supply of one site only will not be considered. Requirements will be drawn down as they arise.
