St. Mary's National School (Drung)
The project involves the following scope of works: โข Disconnect and remove boiler, pipework, pumps, and controls from boilerhouse and install a new plantroom fitout. โข Install new Building Energy Monitoring System (BEMS) to control the heating system and monitor fuel use; โข Replace existing heating distribution pipework throughout the school. โข Replace existing radiators. โข Replace oil tank with new LPG tank on concrete plinth with security cage. โข Installation of new gas line from tank to boilerhouse. โข Associated electrical works including wiring of plant, valves and sensors from new MCC panel.
