Health insurance for Enterprise Ireland's overseas graduates and expatriate staff. Enterprise Ireland wishes to invite suppliers to submit proposals for the establishment of a single operator framework agreement to provide comprehensive private health insurance cover for overseas graduates, expatriate employees and their qualifying dependants.
