Shannon Development is seeking expressions of interest from competent, qualified service providers for Graphic Design services with a view to establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement from which it will draw expertise as projects arise. It is intended to include four service providers in the framework. Shannon Development is a regional economic development company. The brief of Shannon Development is to generate industry, tourism and regional development in the Shannon Region which includes counties Clare, Limerick, North Tipperary, South Offaly and North Kerry. Shannon Development’s mandate focuses on activities in the Shannon Region, and this requires a wide range of communications in the form of brochures and other promotional materials in hardcopy and electronic format. The successful tenderers will be required to: — Meet, discuss and draw-out relevant information from the client to develop an accurate design brief, — Design, produce and provide to artwork stage, design specifications that meets the Shannon Development’s corporate guidelines and within budget.
