Short description

The Scope of Works encompasses fire compliance works comprising upgrading to the top of the entrance hallway walls, firestopping of the service penetrations across the entrance hallway walls and above the apartment front doors and fire stopping of vertical penetrations through the compartment floor and upgrading elements related to the fire rated doors.

Please provide the following information:. .  Details of turnover for the past 3 years, per annum..  A funder confirmation letter stating the applicant’s ability to fund the project .  Applicant’s management structure (organisation chart)..  Management and technical resources..  Appropriate tax clearance form i.e. (C2) Tax Certificate..  A letter from the tenderer stating that they will provide a bond to the value of 25 % of the Tender Total (excluding VAT). This letter must state that the tenderer will promptly provide such a Bond should a letter of intent be issued. In addition the tenderer must acknowledge that an Addendum will be added to the Contract to allow for the provision of the Bond..  Statement from a Construction Worker’s Pension Scheme regarding the applicant’s status..  Employee numbers of the last 3 years.  Technical qualifications of management personnel.  Statement from Insurers that applicant can meet insurance requirements.

Technical and professional ability

Methodology for the works, this is to include how materials will be brought to site and debris removed, the traffic management system to be put in place, dust control, the sequencing of the works and what plant will be used to break up the floor slabs.. 2. Detailed program showing that the contractor’s ability to carry out the works with the timeframe . 3. Copies of the last three years accounts and a reference from your current bank. . 4. Record of Health and Safety performance on previous projects including recorded accidents and all reported accidents to the HSA. . . Ability to Carry out Work in Timeframe . .
