Service Contract for the Maintenance and Servicing of Fire Alarm Systems and Emergency Lighting Systems in all premises under the control of the HSE - North Eastern Area; The number of buildings included in the contract at this stage is 184, of which 113 are small (less than 50 devices), 66 are medium (50-500 devices) and 5 are large (more than 500 devices). List of Devices to be serviced and maintained as follows: Fire Alarm Panels Repeater Panels Smoke Detectors Heat Detectors Beam Detector Break Glass Units Emergency Exit Lights Emergency Luminaires Automatic Door Magnets Interface Units Sounders Air Sampling Units The servicing of the systems will be carried out to the requirements of IS 3217 and IS 3218.
