TII is seeking to engage an external service delivery partner to provide the services described below: Scope Area / Workpackage 1: Corporate Support Services: This area covers the provision of general financial and advisory services to TII in accordance with best practice portfolio management and financial management / accountancy standards. It also includes the development of ESG Reporting. Scope Area / Workpackage 2: Commercial Operations Support Services: This area covers the provision of financial management services to TII in line with best practice financial management standards relating to TII commercial operations. Scope Area / Workpackage 3: Capital Programme Support Services: This area covers the provision of financial and advisory services in relation to the delivery of transport infrastructure projects in accordance with national and EU legislation, appraisal processes and Public Spending Code processes. Contract Duration is 5 Years with an option to extend by a further 2 years.
