Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Banking Services for IT Tallaght. Tenders are invited for the provision of On-Campus Banking Services to Institute of Technology Tallaght over a 5-year period commencing in September 2007. The contract will be subject to annual review and satisfactory performance to be determined at the sole discretion of Institute of Technology Tallaght. IT Tallaght currently caters for a student population of circa. 2 500 undergraduates, 1 700 part-time students, 65 post graduate researchers and IT staff. IT Tallaght now wish to award a 5 year contract for its total banking requirements. The contract will include the following (i) a concession contract for the provision of banking services as required by students and staff on campus, at a site to be provided by IT Tallaght; (ii) a concession contract for the installation and operation of an ATM machine on campus; (iii) a service contract for the provision of banking facilities to cater for all IT Tallaght's business banking requirements. All of the foregoing will be contracted as a single lot over a 5 year period, commencing in September 2007. Both (ii) and (iii) will be required on a continuous basis 51 weeks a year, while the service in (i) must be provided at least on a full time basis during term, operating for banking hours or as agreed, with an alternative facility and ebanking facilities being available at all other times.
