Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Financial Advisory Services DART Underground Interconnector Project. The NDFA is the statutory financial advisor to Córas Iompair Éireann (CIE) for the DART Underground Interconnector project. The NDFA intends to enter into a contract for the provision of external financial advisory services to assist the NDFA in its financial advisory role in relation to the Interconnector project. (Please see further details below at II.2.1). The Interconnector project entails the design, build, financing and maintenance of a 5.2km twin bore tunnel for electrified heavy rail with 5 underground stations, in Dublin city centre, linking the Northern line to the Heuston line, with any ancillary works required in connection with the works. CIE is the Commercial semi-state National Transport Company with 3 major operating subsidiaries Iarnród Éireann, Dublin Bus and Bus Éireann. CIE is the sponsoring agency for the Interconnector project. For further information on this competition please refer to the Invitation to Tender.
