Audit, Taxation, Financial and related services. Provision of a broad range of financial services and related services to the Bord Gais Eireann Group including audit services, taxation compliance and/or advisory services, and general and specialist financial services in all areas of Bord Gais Eireann's activities and divisions without limitation, corporate finance services, financial advisory services, accountancy, investment, valuation, project finance and transactional services. Please note the type of service contract (II.1.2 above under this OJEU Notice includes category 6, 9, and 27. The services are to be awarded in three lots: (1) audit services; (2) taxation compliance and/or advisory services; and (3) general and specialist financial services, as set out in more detail elsewhere. It is anticipated that Lots (1) and (2) will each be awarded as separate contracts and that Lot (3) will be a framework agreement entered into with a number of service providers. The contracts will be for a one year period, with an option to renew annually for up to a further two years. It is anticipated that the appointments will be non-exclusive and BGE reserves the right to award further contracts for the services within the scope of the contracts for Lots 1, 2 and 3.
