Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: Ireland-UK Fibre Optic Cable - Offer for Sale of Fibre Capacity and/or Managed Services. The objective of this process is to identify potential customers who wish to purchase services on the Fibe Optic Cable between Ireland and the UK and the price which they are willing to pay and who are also, as part of a further process, prepared to enter into binding commitments to do so. The provision of this document does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract and neither the document itself nor any of the information set out therein should be regarded as a commitment or representation on behalf of EirGrid, the proposed Commercial Entity, or any other person or entity to enter into a contractual arrangement concerning the provision of services on the Fibe Optic Cable. Any agreement ensuing from this process will be subject to the detailed terms and conditions of contracts which will be negotiated with the successful customers.
