The purpose of this project is to research and outline a plan to develop a nationwide induction programme for support workers working in the home care sector. You will be required to consult with relevant stakeholders including home care companies to determine feasibility, explore the course requirements of a national programme, including subjects, preferences of mode of delivery (online), and identify any potential challenges which may need to be addressed at the development stage or during the implementation stage of a national programme.
