An Post

Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: Facilities Maintenance. An Post, the national provider of postal services in Ireland, seeks expressions of interest from competent service providers to meet its facilities management requirements for 36 locations throughout the Greater Dublin Area. The services are required for the following lots: Lot 1: facilities management - where majority of the lots listed below (2 to 7) are provided; Lot 2: plumbing services - including: - heating and hot water systems, - water heaters, - water care systems; Lot 3: electrical services; Lot 4: catering services on site (catering equipment maintenance); Lot 5: electrical testing and safety works; Lot 6: fabric maintenance and repair; Lot 7: control systems maintenance including cylon controllers. An Post would prefer a single service provider to meet its needs. However, An Post recognises this may not be possible, therefore applicants can apply for any of the specialist areas indicated above. Please note that contractors appointed for individual lots will be required to sub contract to the main service provider appointed as facilities manager as nominated sub contractors. The contracting authority reserves the option to establish a framework agreement.
