Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: N52 Tullamore Bypass - Archaeological Investigation Contract. This contract is for the advance archaeological investigations on the proposed N52 Tullamore Bypass (approximately 14,5 km in length). This contract as currently envisaged may include but not limited to the following: Archaeological investigation and reporting of known sites, archaeological investigation and reporting of the remainder of the route to identify any previously unknown sites, fencing, topographical survey, geophysical survey, metal detecting, bog site inspection, peat cores, and resolution works archaeological excavation, post excavation analyses and reporting to publication standard. Additional works including permanent and temporary fencing along Lands Made Available will be required.
