The project is for the design, execution and completion of approximately 23,5 km of high quality dual 2 lane carriageway, forming part of the N9/N10 Kilcullen to Waterford Scheme National Primary route, and c. 9,1 km of single carriageway slip-roads, side roads and link roads, together with associated earthworks, drainage, fencing, ducting, accommodation works, landscaping, lighting, signs and ancillary works. The works include 21 principal bridge structures, 2 grade separated junctions, approximately 8,6 km of accommodation farm roads and the diversion of existing public and privately owned services and utilities.
