Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: N11 Arklow-Rathnew PPP Contract - Technical Advisory Services. This procurement is for Technical Advisory Services Consultants to provide technical advice and support to the Contracting Authority during the procurement, design and construction stages of the N11/N7 Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project. The project involves the construction of approximately 16.5km of dual-carriageway and associated works on the N11 route between Arklow and Rathnew, linking the existing Arklow Bypass with the Rathnew/Ashford Bypass. It is also proposed to upgrade the existing Newlands Cross N7 Naas Road / R113 Belgard/Fonthill Road at-grade junction to a grade-separated junction, resulting in the creation of an N7 overpass. The project also involves the construction of a service area on the N11 near Gorey. Sections of the existing N11 route (Arklow Bypass and Gorey Bypass) will also form part of the Project Road and will be operated and maintained by the PPP Concession Co. (to be appointed). The services to be provided under this contract include Procurement and Tender Management, Undertaking Technical Reviews, Contract Monitoring and Administration Services during the design and construction stages of the PPP Contract Scheme.
