Grand Canal Square Re-configuration. Redeveloping the existing Square and landscaping of an area approx 9 000 sq.m adjacent to Grand Canal Dock in Dublin 2. The redevelopment works will be carried out to the contracting authority's design. Due to co-ordination with adjoining developments, the works may be carried out over three phases and further information on phasing will be set out in the pre-qualification documents.
