Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: PG108T674 - Aghada CCGT Condensate Polishing Plant. The contract is for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a condensate polishing plant with associated equipment for a 430MW CCGT power plant. Prospective tenderers should have experience of design, supply, installation and commissioning of condensate polishing plants. The 430MW CCGT power plant at Aghada is currently under construction and is due for commercial operation in October 2009. It is envisaged that the condensate polishing plant will be installed during the first 2 years of operation of the CCGT plant. Provision for the installation of a condensate polishing plant has been included in the design and construction of the CCGT power plant. The Works shall incorporate the interfacing of a number of disciplines with the CCGT power plant including but not limited to the following: — C&I - Interfacing with the DCIS, — Electrical, — Mechanical. The main Civil Works required for the condensate polishing plant shall be undertaken by a separate contract which shall include foundations and buildings. The tenderer will be required to liaise with the Civil Contractor for the duration of the project.
