Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Castleknock QBC - Connected service route solution. Fingal County Council invites expressions of interest from parties interested in participating in a competitive dialogue procedure in relation to the supply of connected service route to assist in the development of the Castleknock Quality Bus Corridor (QBC). The route shall extend along the length of the QBC, a length of approximately 4 500 m. The access points should be in the form of a man access joint box with removable lockable lids. Given the wide disparity of solutions possible, the Council considered that such particular complexity would not allow it to draw up sufficiently specific terms of reference making it possible to award this contract by utilising the open or the restricted procedure for this procurement. It has therefore decided to use competitive dialogue as its preferred procedure.
