Description of the procurement
Cork City Council (the “Client”) wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary design team for the provision of the detailed design and delivery of refurbishment works to the former ticket office at Blackrock Station to provide the following stages of design and implementation of the project including: • Stage 1: Preliminary Design • Stage 2: Design • Stage 3: Tender Action, Evaluation and Award • Stage 4: Construction • Stage 5: Handover
