Westmeath County Council requires engineering consultancy services in relation to the N52 Carrick Bridge to Clonfad Road Improvement Scheme (approximately 5.6 kms in length) in order to advance the proposed development through tendering of the construction contract, construction and project closeout (Phases 5 - 7 of the National roads authority national roads project management guidelines 2010). Part 8 planning approval has been obtained and the Compulsory purchase order statutory approval procedures have commenced.
