Description of the procurement
The project consists of delivery of Temporary Modular Accommodation at Lough Allen College. Tender Candidates are to include for within their tender submission, full Design Team services relating to the delivery of the project from outline design to completion to include design, procurement of works contractor, contract administration, inspections, and certification. The schedule of accommodation to be delivered is the below. • 4 x 58.6m2 Modular Mainstream Classrooms • 1 x 88.6m2 Modular Textiles Room • 1 x 100m2 Modular One Class SEN Base
