Framework agreement for minor building works. DIT wish to implement a Multi Party Framework Agreement for a period of four years. The agreement will include various minor works to be undertaken across all of the DIT's buildings. The typical contract to be awarded under this framework will involve building and / or related works to some of the DIT's stock of existing buildings.
