The demolition of existing offices and workshops, and the construction of approximately 5700sq.m of new offices and engineering maintenance buildings/facilities at Dun Laoghaire, Co.Dublin. Applications are invited from competent firms who wish to be considered for inclusion on a list from which tenders will be sought. Firms wishing to express an interest in providing the services in one or more of the following disciplines should apply: 1. General Building Works; 2. Specialist Works; a. Mechanical Services Sub-Contract; b. Electrical Services Sub-Contract; c. Lift Sub-Contract; d. Glazing and Cladding Sub-Contract; e. Kitchen Equipment Sub-Contract; Where the specialist works providers are separately appointed by the Contracting Authority they will be nominated sub-contractors of the main contractor.
