The demolition of existing out buildings and the refurbishment of an existing partially demolished two-storey protected structure, St Anne’s building and the single storey chapel. The construction of a single storey service building incorporating new boiler house and associated services. The upgrading of existing single storey bin storage area. The site is within the curtilage of a protected structure.
