HSE Replacement mental health facilities - enabling works package. The works, in broad terms, consist of the site preparation for a HSE Mental Health residential accommodation extending to circa 8,300 sq. metres and related elements of infrastructural works which will facilitate the above and be consistent with the future development of the Grangegorman site.
